This is the latest addition to the collection. A Taurus Model 85 Ultra-Light. A 5 shot revolver in .38 Special with a 2 inch barrel. This thing is a perfect back-up or car gun. No need to worry about chambering a round before you fire. It is right there! Double or Single action. Easily concealable. With some Federal Hydra-Shocks or Cor-Bon DPX rounds, it should be a man stopper. I feel pretty good putting mine or my family safety on it. Drawbacks are limited ammo capacity and lowered accuracy at longer ranges due to the short barrel, but I think those are offset by the light weight and ease of use.
